Brinda Bhattacharjee was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer in June 2025, overseeing the company’s Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Procurement functions. In this role, she drives financial performance through both a strategic and operational lens, supporting the growth and optimization of MoneyGram’s global payments network. Previously, she was named Deputy Chief Financial Officer in April 2025 and has led the Company’s Treasury organization since joining in February 2024.

She brings more than 20 years of financial services experience across banking and fintech, with deep expertise in corporate finance and treasury. Prior to joining MoneyGram, Brinda was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. As Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s Transaction Banking business from 2021 to 2023, she oversaw product, operations, and strategy during the launch and early growth of its B2B payments platform, serving the liquidity management needs of corporate treasurers across the globe. From 2016 to 2021, she served as Head of Asset Liability Management within Corporate Treasury at Goldman Sachs, leading firm-wide balance sheet optimization efforts.

Earlier in her career, Brinda was a Principal in the Finance and Risk Practice at Oliver Wyman (2012–2016) and an Engagement Manager in the Financial Services Practice at EY (2007–2012). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen’s University.
