
Lamia Pardo is the Chief Marketing Officer of MoneyGram, where she leads global marketing across all channels and markets to drive sustainable, profitable growth. In this role, Lamia is transforming the function into a high-performance, data-driven marketing engine—focused on scaling customer acquisition, deepening retention and loyalty, and directly linking marketing to measurable business impact.
A seasoned leader in growth marketing, product and e-commerce, Lamia has over 14 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls and building high-impact, customer-obsessed and data-driven marketing teams.
Most recently, Lamia led growth marketing at HeliosX, one of the UK’s fastest-growing health tech companies, launching new brands and driving an 8x revenue increase in three years. Previously, she served as CMO at Consentium, a Singapore-based crypto wallet, where she led marketing through a $40M ICO raise. Prior to that, Lamia was SVP of Growth and Strategy at Pangea Money Transfer, where she built the engine for product-market-fit and scaled the marketing function.
Lamia also spent three years as a growth advisor at WeWork Labs and continues to mentor early-stage startups and scale-ups in driving transformational growth. Lamia holds an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
