Josh Gordon-Blake

Josh Gordon-Blake is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of MoneyGram Online (MGO), where he leads the strategy, execution and performance of the company’s direct-to-consumer digital platform. Previously serving as Chief Digital Officer, he drove MoneyGram’s broader digital strategy and now focuses on accelerating MGO, the company’s fastest-growing channel.

Prior to joining MoneyGram in August 2024, Josh co-founded Pangea, a digital money transfer business, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, Pangea achieved significant growth, culminating in its successful acquisition by Enova International in 2021.

Beyond his operational expertise, Josh is active in the venture capital community, serving as an angel investor and founding Limited Partner at Rally Cap Ventures, an early-stage fund focused on fintech investments in emerging markets. Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from Lake Forest College, and a J.D. from University of Chicago Law School.
