Jillian Slagter is the Chief People Officer of MoneyGram, where she leads human resources and people operations. Jillian brings 25 years of human resources experience focused on driving leadership and organizational capability, HR transformation, change management, employee engagement, workforce planning and diversity & inclusion.
Prior to joining MoneyGram, Jillian was the Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer at CURO Group Holdings, a publicly traded consumer lending company. Her earlier career experience includes many years of HR leadership at The Nielsen Company. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois.
