Cory Feinberg

Cory Feinberg is the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer of MoneyGram. He leads litigation, employment, corporate governance, legal support for all commercial partnerships and marketing functions, real estate, data governance, and the law enforcement and subpoena teams. He also serves as the Company’s Corporate Secretary.

A seasoned financial services attorney, Cory has been with MoneyGram since 2015, starting as Global Head of Litigation and Investigations, and most recently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary.

Cory has worked in-house at leading organizations since 2005. Prior to joining MoneyGram, he was with Bank of America and its affiliated companies, and he began his career in private practice as a litigator. Cory holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law and a B.A. with Honors from the University of Kansas.
